Connect Claude

Connect Claude web, Desktop and Cowork to Acquisity by signing in.

Claude custom connectors are available across Claude web, Claude Desktop and Cowork. Add Acquisity once with its URL, then sign in. For the terminal coding tool, use Connect Claude Code.

1. Add the connector

Open Claude's Settings → Connectors. Choose Add custom connector and enter:

SettingValue
NameAcquisity
URLhttps://api.acquisity.ai/mcp

Save the connector. You do not need Node.js, mcp-remote, a JSON configuration file or an Acquisity API key.

If your organisation manages connectors, an administrator may need to add or approve Acquisity before you can connect it.

2. Sign in

Choose Connect for Acquisity. Your browser opens the Acquisity sign-in page.

  1. Sign in to Acquisity if needed.
  2. Choose the workspace Claude may use.
  3. Choose Read-only or Full access.
  4. Approve the connection.

Return to Claude after the confirmation page. In a chat or Cowork task, open the connectors menu and make sure Acquisity is enabled.

3. Try it

Use Acquisity to list the connected workspace, then show its active campaigns and statuses. Do not change anything.

An empty campaign list is valid if the selected workspace has no campaigns.

Change access or disconnect

Disconnect Acquisity in Claude and connect again to choose another workspace or access level. You can also revoke the connection from Acquisity → Settings → Connected apps.

Full access permits supported CRM and campaign changes, including actions that can spend credits or start outreach. It never grants payment tools, workspace-settings changes or workspace-knowledge updates. Review access before enabling it.
