Connect Codex desktop
Connect the Codex app to Acquisity by signing in.
Use this guide for the Codex app on your computer. Using Codex in a terminal instead? Follow Connect Codex CLI.
1. Add Acquisity
Open Codex → Settings → MCP servers, then choose Add server. Select Streamable HTTP, name the server Acquisity, and use this URL:
https://api.acquisity.ai/mcpSave the server, then restart Codex. If you manage MCP servers in ~/.codex/config.toml instead, add or update this block and restart Codex:
[mcp_servers.acquisity]
url = "https://api.acquisity.ai/mcp"Do not add an Authorization header or paste an Acquisity API key.
2. Sign in
Choose Authenticate for Acquisity. Your browser opens the Acquisity sign-in page.
- Sign in to Acquisity if needed.
- Choose the workspace Codex may use.
- Choose Read-only or Full access.
- Approve the connection.
Return to Codex when the browser confirms the connection. If the server still appears disconnected, restart Codex and open a new local task.
3. Try it
Use Acquisity to list the workspaces I can access. Then show the campaigns and statuses in that workspace. Do not change anything.
The workspace list contains only the workspace approved during sign-in. A workspace with no campaigns can correctly return an empty list.
Change access or disconnect
Use Full access only when you want Codex to create or change records, run searches or manage campaigns; some actions can spend credits or start outreach. Full access still cannot manage workspace settings, update workspace knowledge or use payment tools. Review the permission boundaries.
To change the workspace or access level, disconnect Acquisity in Codex and authenticate again. You can also revoke the connection from Acquisity → Settings → Connected apps.
